Let Sisterhood send that Melville JC feeling to your child when they are away from home to keep them connected to our wonderful community.
Melville Jewish Center Sisterhood underwrites a program for synagogue members that sends holiday packages of kosher treats to students attending undergraduate college.
We have extended this program to post-college young adults (up to age 26). In addition, Grandparents can now send these packages to their grandchildren too! For post-college young adults and for grandparents who wish to send packages, there is a fee of $54 per year per young adult. Packages are free for children of members in undergraduate school.
Fill out the online form below and press submit. A new form must be submitted each year as addresses usually change. Submit one form per child.
Should your child’s address change, please notify us as soon as possible. Please advise us if your child will be spending a semester abroad, and, if so, which one.
This year we are sending packages for Simhat Torah, Hanukkah and Purim.
For the 2023/2024 school year, forms need to be submitted by September 13.
